Welcome to the archdata.sk website (the “portal” or “service”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of archdata.sk, including all its pages, modules and services.

By using this portal, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the service.

Description of the services

The archdata.sk portal provides:

• Standards module – methodological procedures for collaboration between clients and architects, developed under the auspices of the Slovak Chamber of Architects
• Calculator module – tools for calculating an architect’s contract value
• AI Assistant – an interactive tool supporting work with the portal’s content
• Documents and templates – service catalogues, contracts, the glossary and other supporting materials

Access to the services

Password access

Access to the portal is password-protected. The password controls access during the service’s testing phase. Users undertake not to disclose it to third parties.

Signing in with Google OAuth

Some portal functions require sign-in through a Google account. By using this function, you agree to the processing of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Technical requirements

The portal requires:

• A modern web browser supporting JavaScript
• Cookies and localStorage to be enabled
• A stable internet connection

Permitted use and restrictions

Permitted use

Users may:

• View, read and use portal content for personal and professional purposes
• Use the calculation tools to calculate estimated and final contract values
• Use the methodological materials when preparing projects
• Link to portal content with attribution to the source

Prohibited use

Users must not:

• Copy, reproduce or distribute portal content without the author’s consent, except for permitted quotation
• Use proprietary content for commercial purposes without the author’s express consent
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works from the content
• Use the services for automated content retrieval or web scraping
• Circumvent security measures or password protection
• Overload the servers with excessive requests
• Use the service for unlawful purposes

The content is licensed under the Creative Commons BY-NC-ND 4.0 licence:

• BY (Attribution) – You must identify the author and source
• NC (Non-Commercial) – The content must not be used for commercial purposes
• ND (No Derivatives) – Adapted versions of the work must not be created

Information provided for guidance

All information and calculated values are selective in nature and provided solely for guidance. The Calculator module is in its testing phase.

No loss arising from their use gives rise to any claim against the creators of the portal’s content.

• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information
• We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the service
• We are not responsible for technical errors or outages

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve it amicably. If no agreement is reached, the courts of the Slovak Republic will have jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and effective.
